"Steve Pavlick and PST Engineering designed the 16-lot residential subdivision called Rosemary Lane Homes in the City of Durango and supported the infrastructure construction process from start to finish as the owner's representative. This complex project entailed rezoning the property, site plan development and coordination with the architect for a small lot development requiring precise planning and numerous cross-easements between the lots, re-alignment of public right-of-way, redesign of an off-site City detention pond, an off-site sewer main extension under the year-round Lightner Creek, off-site striping in City and CDOT right-of-way, relocation of electric and cable infrastructure, new retaining walls within the public right-of-way, and all new infrastructure to support the subdivision. I could not have done this project without Steve. He is smart, conscientious, detail-oriented, fair-minded, practical, cost-conscious, and an all-around good guy.
