STEVE PAVLICK P.E.
Owner
Steve founded PST Engineering in 2020 and has 25 years of engineering experience, with 19 of those years in Southwest Colorado. Steve has designed and managed dozens of land development and municipal projects, and prepared countless traffic impact studies in the Four Corners area.

Project Engineer
Alan joined PST Engineering in 2021 and has 6 years of engineering experience in Durango, CO after 15 years in Columbus, OH. Alan has extensive construction experience and excels at taking transportation & land development projects from conceptual design through construction.

Holden joined PST Engineering in 2022 and has 8 years of engineering experience in Durango, CO. Holden has worked on several subdivision and land development projects around the area, and specializes in grading & drainage design.
